Charmed, indeed! No matter what your role in the jewelry industry, I predict you too will be charmed by this exquisite little book which is something of a work of art itself.

While aimed at the hobbyist jewelry maker, it nevertheless delights, informs and inspires every reader.

To start with, it's visually rich and appealing, far more than so many books for hobbyists which can seem formulaic or even rote. (Yawn!) There are specific supply lists and instructions, but Sellors' creations and their glorious photos serve equally well as inspiration for original creations as opposed to mere "copy me" recipes.

There's more: New and innovative ideas for ways to use beaded charms -- charm adornments for your gift wrapped packages, evening bag charm, charm key rings, and charm belt along with fresh takes on the old standards of bracelets, necklaces and earrings.

Many, though not all, of the charms Sellors uses are handmade, with clear instructions and photos on this and other basic techniques in the last chapter. Other information she adds to inform and inspire readers includes the symbolic meaning of selected charms (heart, key, star, iguana, starfish, etc.), and traditional properties of some of the semi-precious beads she's used. It all adds to the magic of this little gem of a book.
