The hammered look can be very versatile, and these are some examples of a "simple" item concept turned into a variety of useful and complementary items, which allows the jewelry maker a broad range of design options for earrings, bracelets or necklaces, or maybe even an added detail to a brooch.

If a more solid look is your preference, perhaps these would be your choice. The center hole allows for riveting other findings on to the piece or for wire-wrapping. The hammered texture can add visual interest when combined with other jewelry findings, beads, or stones.
